Group Training
For most of us we just want to get out there, get a sweat on and have fun doing it! But we’re not all motivated enough to do it time and again. That's why training in group is so good. It’s convenient, cheap and above all fun. We provide all the specialised equipment for your training to be varied and therefore continue being fun.

What does group training involve?
Non- military, outdoor fitness programs for small groups (up to 10 people) of men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels, with our fitness team who will get the best out of you.
One of our dedicated trainers will take you through a 5 minute warm up and then there will be exercises set out in a station, typically with two people per station. You'll then perform those exercises for a 2-3 minute period and move on to the next station. This will be interspersed with the whole group coming together to perform core work and stretches, as you get some active rest.
A few typical excises would be lunges, squats, shuttle runs, mini hurdles, medicine ball work etc.
Classes are structured to suit all capabilities and fitness levels.
Members are motivated by their trainer and each other to do their best, so that they can achieve their full potential. All sessions are designed so that you enjoy yourself, but challenge yourself.
